Polski B1 Prep is an independent exam-preparation service. It is not a product of the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language or of NAWA, and is not endorsed by them.

What we offer

The free grammar test is available without an account. The Polski B1 Pass includes 2 complete mock tests of listening (37 items, 30 minutes), reading (35 items, 40 minutes) and grammar (55 gaps, 45 minutes) with an estimated score and explanations, and 3 Pisanie sets with model answers and a checklist. The Pass contains what the pricing page describes at the time of purchase.

Account

Paid content requires an account. If you buy without signing in, it is created with the email used at checkout; if an account with that email already exists, the purchase is attached to it. An account is for one person and may not be shared.

Prices and payment

All prices are one-time payments in the currency shown, which depends on the country you connect from (złoty in Poland, euro in the rest of Europe, US dollars elsewhere). The total Stripe shows at checkout is the final price. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Access and duration

After payment, access is unlocked on your account, usually within a few minutes. The Polski B1 Pass has no expiry for as long as we run Polski B1 Prep; if we ever shut the service down, we will announce it by email at least 30 days in advance.

14-day money-back guarantee

If the product is not for you, write to support@polskib1prep.pl within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. The refund removes the access you bought.

This guarantee comes on top of your statutory rights. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (in Poland under the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, elsewhere in the EU under the national rules implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). For digital content this right ends when access starts before that period is over with your express prior consent, given after you were told that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give that consent at checkout, and we confirm it by email together with your purchase confirmation.

Using the content

Texts, audio, tasks and explanations are original and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation, but not copy, resell, publish or share them.

No guaranteed result

Mock scores are estimates, not official exam scores. We do not guarantee that you pass the exam or reach any score.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law is not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
